At Medires Publishing LLC, we uphold a meticulous editorial workflow to ensure the quality and integrity of the manuscripts we publish. Our process is designed to foster transparency, accountability, and excellence at every stage. Here's an overview of our editorial workflow:

1. Submission and Acknowledgment:

• Authors submit their manuscripts through our online portal.
• Upon successful submission, authors receive an acknowledgment confirming receipt of their manuscript.

2. Plagiarism Check and Pre-QC Check:

• All submitted manuscripts undergo thorough plagiarism checks and pre-QC assessment to ensure originality and adherence to basic quality standards.

3. Assignment to Eminent Editors:

• Manuscripts accepted in the pre-QC stage are assigned to one of our distinguished editors with expertise relevant to the subject matter.
• Editors have the authority to accept, reject, or suggest revisions based on the quality and suitability of the manuscript.

4. Review Process:

• Editors may assign the manuscript for review by 2-3 expert reviewers in the field.
• Reviewers provide detailed evaluations and recommendations, including acceptance, rejection, or suggestions for revisions.

5. Decision Making:

• Manuscripts require acceptance by at least 2 out of 3 reviewers to proceed.
• If revisions are suggested, the corresponding author is notified, and they are allowed to revise the manuscript accordingly.

6. Final Decision:

• The editor's decision is final at all stages of the editorial process.
• Manuscripts found to be submitted elsewhere, containing plagiarism, or lacking proper referencing are strictly rejected.

7. Fast Track Peer Review Process:

• We pride ourselves on our efficient peer review process, aiming to complete it within 14 days, provided all necessary details are accurate.

8. Publication:

• Accepted manuscripts are published online in both full-text and PDF formats within 3-5 days of acceptance under the "Article in Press" section.

9. Post-Publication:

• Authors have access to their published articles and are encouraged to share them with their networks.
