This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Medires Publishers LLC ("Medires Publishers") and the user ("Licensee").
1. Publishing Right
Publishing Right grants Medires Publishers the right to publish previously unpublished works after the expiration of their original copyright. This right is exercised under the provisions of this license.
2. Open Access License
Open Access by Medires Publishers is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Unported License. This license, provided by Creative Commons, encourages the creative reuse of intellectual works while ensuring proper attribution.
Under this license, readers have the following rights:
- Share, copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use.
3. Terms and Conditions
Under the provisions of this license:
